1. Pick Up From Store
 
You may choose Pick Up From Store at checkout.
•Orders are usually ready within a few hours
•You will be notified once your order is ready for collection
•Pick-up location will be communicated at checkout
 
Please carry your order confirmation when collecting your items.
 
2. Nairobi County Delivery
 
Standard Nairobi Delivery
•Same-day or next-day delivery depending on order time
•Orders placed before 2.00p.m are delivered the same afternoon
•Orders placed after 2.00 p.m may be delivered the next day
•Orders placed on Sunday are dispatched on Monday morning
 
Cost: KSH 100 – KSH 500
 
During peak periods or public holidays, delivery timelines may vary.
 
3. Nairobi Environs / Metropolitan Area
 
Same-day delivery is available for areas slightly outside Nairobi County, including but not limited to:
•Parts of Kiambu (Ruiru, Thika Road, Kiambu Road, Ruaka, Kabete)
•Parts of Kajiado (Ngong, Ongata Rongai, Kitengela)
•Parts of Machakos (Athi River, Utawala, Ruai, Kamulu)
 
Cost: KSH 500 – KSH 1,000
 
4. Other Counties in Kenya (Outside Nairobi)
 
Standard Delivery (Via Courier)
•Next-day delivery where possible
•Orders must be placed by 4:00 PM for next-day dispatch
•Tracking details will be shared once dispatched
 
Cost: KSH 400 – KSH 1,000
 
Please note:
•Courier deliveries are made to locations within a reasonable distance from town centers
•If delivery is not possible to your exact address, collection from the courier office may be required
•Delivery timelines may range between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and delays may occur
 
5. International Shipping
 
We offer worldwide shipping via DHL Express.
•Estimated delivery time: 3–14 working days
•Tracking information will be provided
•Shipping fees depend on item weight and destination
 
Important:
•International shipping fees start from KSH 2000
•Customs duties and import taxes are not included and are the customer’s responsibility
•Casa Mina Studio is not responsible for customs delays
